Dear Members of the Coating Society of the Houston Area,

It is with great sadness that I inform you that our member and friend Tim Stuart passed away on Wednesday. Tim was a valued member of the Coating Society for several years and a great friend to us all. He always came to every event with a big smile on his face that surely will be missed.

He was 68 years old, born in Baytown in 1947. He was a 1966 graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and he attended the University of Texas and graduated from the University of Houston. He was employed by Carboline and was especially proud of being a NACE Certified Engineer. Tim was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and was an avid drag racer and a member of the NHRA.

His service will be held at the Navarre Funeral Home, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, TX 77521. The viewing will be held on Friday from 5 -7 p.m. and funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10am. You can leave a message on his obituary guestbook at http://www.navarrefuneralhome.com/obituary/Tim-Stuart/Baytown-TX/1636580
